The Visitor Messages on the profiles are not currently working. They haven't been working for about a week.
To put it as simply as I can, they're broken because the table where all of them are stored in our database, has seemingly dropped off the face of the earth -- and can't be repaired without Tom or Myself having access to our host's cPanel.
That said, sorry for any inconvenience. We're aware of the problem but currently unable to do anything about it.
