Dead Frontier -- A Web-based zombie MMO

DeadFrontier is a neat, free, and frustratingly difficult Zombie Apocolypse MMO that's completely browser based. No downloads are needed, and the administrator plays an active role in the community so updates come around rather frequently.

Boxofit and I already play -- and hopefully soon Tom will join the ranks.

Survival is easier in numbers and there is great fun to be had.

Tab chats, weapons come in time, and stave off death by saving up and buying a fire poker -- they're a great noob weapon... Then save up and buy a glock :D

OK, so i got a bit of money, went to the outpost, and purchased a poker.... so... how do i get it now?

You bought it and it's not showing up in your inventory? Dude that sucks... That means that the market glitched and took your money... I'll see if I can find an ArthurDent Character and if it proves to be a noob laywer I'll prive trade him my old fire poker.

Ok. I got the fire poker you sent me Vicious. BTW how exactly do i heal myself? All the medical items i find say that they should be administered by a doctor level 5 and up.

You can still administer them to yourself, but their healing effect won't be quiet as strong as if you had paid for a medical service through the market place and dragged the item you want admisitered up over the service ad.

But in short... There are two ways to apply medical items, and three ways to heal.

1) Wait until you level up - you'll automatically be fully healed that way.
2) Go to your inventory, and drag the item up over your avatar's face untill the "Use This" caption appears.
3) Go to the market place and use the sort filter to select only medical services (a couple of clicks on the left filter select arrow). Once there, find a medical service of the level and price you want, and then drag the medical item up over the service listing and release the item - you'll be prompted to make sure you want to pay for the services, and then you should be good to go.

It really does suck about your market place not working right for you.

I have no real advice to offer on that note, as sometimes things just don't work quiet right.

Oh, btw, anyone who's interested, when you reach level 10, you get an additional 4 spaces to your inventory -- it's more than I expected, lol.

This has been a test of the DeadFrontier signature image BBCode, which, if working properly, should allow for a dynamic, flash image to be used here at infohub in order to share deadfrontier stats and information.

That would be because either deadfrontier has some sort of limiter to make it to where outside sources can't view the info and steal the bandwidth OR the way I've configure the new [v88df] BBCode is simply incorrect...
