Help me make our own top 100 villians of all time list

As you probably know Wizard magazine released a list of the top 100 villains of all time. However many believe they were bribed, and that the list is incredibly inaccurate. I have decided that we should make our own list, of the greatest villans ever.

First of all people from comedy movies and TV shows like Stewie Griffin, The Principal, Sideshow bob, exc. will be removed.

I would also like your opinion on videogames. Will I end up upsetting a fanboy? Should I care? Should I scrap the completely?

Now let's work on fixing the ranking system.

Megatron will be above Starscreen, Because Megatron is less fail than Starscreen.

Hal 9000 will be moved up in position, due to being awesome.

Anyone who is at all associated with WWE will be removed, and have their grave spat on.

Michael Corleone will be moved so that he outranks Tony Soprano.

Ozzymandias will be moved up in position, because he is the grayest shay of gray in graytown.

Pennywise will be moved down in position.

Darth Vader will be moved to the number two spot.

Boba Fett will be added to this list, and will outrank Jabba the Hutt.

Cobra Commander will be moved down, because of the new GI Joe movie.

I like the idea, of "Zombies" and "aliens" being on the list... it's sorta' a general idea. To accent this we will be adding "Minions" to the list. If you have another idea of a general evil thing, feel free to post.

And I disagree with Lector's place at #6 in your list. He is easily more vial than the traditional joker. I'd hate to think that we're changing our entire view of the joker over the role Keith Ledger was comissioned to play, although admittedly he played it well. From the orginal live-action batman, the penguin was more menicing than the joker, imho, and it was even represented in several of the animated serieses.

Oh well - I'm not on the list for some reason, so I guess I'm losing interestrest.

That's why I'm posting it here. I want your opinions, so i can make this list the best it can be.

I'm trying to get more opinions on the list that I'm (attempting) to create.

And the penguin more menacing than the joker? You do realize his name is Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot right?

And the Joker is such a traditional villin. If i were to put someone like OzzyMandias (who i believe is the greatest villin ever) at the top, it would make the list flawed, and start arguments. in fact there are probably only three people who could take the top: Darth Vader, The Joker, or Hannible.

I know he's from a comedy show, but I think Eric Cartman should really be considered on this list. He made a kid eat his parents, that's so much worse than eating someone himself.
