1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/4 mayo
1 onion (diced)
1 TBSP garlic powder
1 c milk
1 TBSP Lea & Perrins Thick Worcestershire sauce (L&P is the only brand our family uses)
1 c cracker crumbs
Mix in big bowl. Form into loaf shape in a 9 x 13 baking dish lined with foil (makes cleanup easier).
3 TBSP brown sugar
2 TBSP mustard
2/3 c ketchup
1 TBSP Lea & Perrins Thick Worcestershire sauce
Combine in small bowl. Pour over meatloaf until covered completely.
Bake in over preheated to 350° for 1 hour and 25 minutes.
