I can't sleep... I really need to, but I can't force myself to sleep.

I've tossed and turned for hours now - trying to drift off, but my mind is restless despite my body being exausted... Any minute now the insanity is bound to start kicking in.

In fact... I should probably go before I start dishing out staff positions.

But before I do -- I'd like to declare this as a petition to women everywhere... Women - you alone have the power to re-shape the human species by selectively giving birth -- but that's simply not enough any more. You must now either breed future generations to require no sleep, or make it to where they pass out after 16 hours of activity, no matter what. This is assuming you don't feel like finding out what causes insomnia and just stop passing that along. Best of luck, the future is depending on you.

I was having difficulty sleeping a few weeks ago too, but it went away after several days. Had too much stuff on my mind... or maybe it was just too warm. Maybe both! I dunno. But after it wore off, I slept for 14 hours straight, so I guess it evened out a little. Good times. :D

I'm also going to do a favor for the world (and for myself) and not have kids, because kids are a pain and there are already too many people in the world. And I don't think anyone wants a bunch of extra little nutcases running around anyway.

Aaaand I think kittens are a lot cuter than fleshy people-babies. I think I'll be one of those creepy wrinkly ladies that lives in an old dusty mansion with like twenty cats. And I wouldn't even have to save a bunch of money to send them all off to be educated! :D

... Huh, now that sounds a bit selfish.

Maybe I should adopt a bunch of kids and teach them how to sleep by knocking them out with a blunt object every time I see them awake. Maybe eventually they'd learn to immediately fall asleep whenever they see the aforementioned blunt object or... maybe I could just get sent to the funny farm.

Hohoho.

Boredom cured. :3

I've been trying to sleep for about two days now, and haven't managed it. I decided to walk to the library in order to make myself even more tired, but wouldn't you know that once I got here the wonders of books and internet have pretty much served as coffee...

Darn my need to always aquire more information.

How do you all not sleep that much? I can't live without sleeping at least 4 hours each day. Most days I get 5, and on days I work, I get 8-10.

I have insomnia as well Vicious.

Luckily, however, i have lots of metal poles around the room, so i can knock myself out when i really need sleep.
