Well, it turns out that finally Stephen King's The Dark Tower will be turned into a theatrical movie. At first Lost creater J.J Abrams had signed up to make it, but turned down the offer because "He did not want to screw it up". Now director Ron Howard of "The Davinci code" and "A beautiful mind", has stepped up to direct it. This seems very odd, but they are doing the first book a theatrical movie and then the second book as a television series on NBC that will bridge to another movie probably the third book and so on until about three or four movies are made covering the series of novels and the comic books of Roland's youth. I myself am skeptical about the whole Television series idea, but i'll watch it anyways.

I just watched "A Beautiful Mind" last night actually... A movie which to me, showcased just how interesting and exciting a movie could be -- and then swiftly followed the showcase with a bitterly anticlimactic dose of reality.

yeah, that movie dissapointed me in a way that how life dissapoints you when you wake up from a dream where you doing something just so awesome you can't even describe it on a post on the internet. Thats how it was to me. Good movie though.

It also had a pretty accurate representation of a schizophrenic mind. They got the delusions down pretty well, but one thing always bothered me about it. What was up with the chase scene? Was he in an imaginary car, just running real fast down the road, or did he just hop in with some guy who was like, rather than kick you out, Imma drive real fast an' scare ya.
