It's explained in the original post. Simply find the instantsfun.es button you want to use, and find out it's name, for example "murloc", and then put that title in between the tags while your making a post.

[instants]murlocWill give you:
murloc

I'm currently working on another BB Code which will allow users to use the instants buttons found on myinstants.com (but it's a lot more work, because the code set-up is completely different).
