Put this in rants because it makes me sick how a man in this state can just be left to lie there. I haven't even watched this through to the end.

At the end of the movie, the sickly man gets out of bed, shoots two thumbs up at the camera, and then the vietmanese "doctors" get up and start laughing. Next thing you know Ashton Kutcher's running out high-fiving everyone saying how awesome it was to see all of America get punked at once.
