For my dream gaming computer:

PROCESSOR: Intel® Core™ i7-975 (3.33GHz, 8MB L3 Cache)
Oh yeah, there are four of them.

VIDEO CARD: SLi, Dual nVidia GeForce GTX 285 1024MB

MEMORY: 12GB Tri-Channel DDR3 at 1066MHZ (3x4GB DIMM)

HARD DRIVE: 600GB Velociraptor Performance RAID 0 (2 x 300GB SATA-II, 10000 RPM HDDs)
There are two of these, by the way

MONITOR: 21.5" Alienware OptX AW2210 Full HD Widescreen Monitor

Plus various accessories and miscellaneous expenses. I also decided to have Dell plant a tree for me to counter the emissions produced to power this monster of a gaming computer.

So yeah, $11,383 would be great. I'll pay for shipping myself.

Yeah...

I'll go ahead and tell you... Without a video card or two (for SLI Rendering ModE), there's not much going on in the way of gaming.

I personaly think that the best Graphics cards are the new ATI 4600 and 4800s.

You could get it cheaper if you build it yourself. :D

@Oolala -- Dang. That's a lot for a laptop.
