Lately I have been doing some research and it is my belief that income tax in America, as introduced in the 16th Amendment to your constitution, is entirely fraudulent and was never properly ratified.

When the 16th amendment was passed, back in 1913, there were 48 states. The Amendment needed a 3/4 majority (36 states) to be added to the constitution. Here is what happened:

Eight states (Rhode Island, Utah, New Hampshire, Kentucky, Florida, Virginia, Pennsylvania and Connecticut) did not approve the Amendment.

Two states (Texas and Louisiana) approved the Amendment but did so illegally - they were forbidden by their own state constitutions to ever empower a federal government to tax.

Two states (Vermont and Massachusetts) did not approve the Amendment but said they did. Liars.

Five states (Tennessee, Ohio, Mississippi, California and Washington) violated their own state constitutions in the ratification procedures.

Minnesota didn't actually send in a copy of its resolution, as required.

Oklahoma, Georgia and Illinois made changes in wording that were unacceptable.

That's 21 states who either rejected the Amendment, or ratified it illegally, thus making their votes null. With all that taken into account, the 16th Amendment was only ratified by 27 states. It required 36.

I passed this on to Mike earlier and he didn't believe me, but all of you living in the USA please do your research and when you are as confident as I am that you can prove all of the above, STOP PAYING INCOME TAX. It is fraudulent and unconstitutional. Take advantage of this knowledge and save yourself a lot of money. Please.

I'll remember these points if I ever end up on the phone with another government representative again.

Attention any and all official IRS representatives who may happen to have stumbled across this site: These views are opinions of the personnel of infohub.me - however they are not subsequently supported as being the main focus of this website. Reasons for not filing taxes include but are not limited to; Failure to make enough money throughout the year to be required to file; being too young to file; the majority of income being tax-exempt (such as SSI, or disability). If any of these views are found to be unlawful, I will remind you that all members of this site are protected under the first amendment which allows freedom of speech in all forms of expression. What's more, any requests to obtain the IP addresses of these members without explicit court orders will be denied on the grounds that most of our members are either minors or are not US Residents, and therefore do not warrant any amount of time or money being spent on an audit. What's more, I do not feel that any content posted on a web forum is significant grounds for a civil or criminal investigation of this nature as the majority of internet users believe soundly in their right to "BS".
