They have it on PC now.

I HIGHLY recomend it. Probably the best RPG in recent history, Bioshock and Fallout 3 included.

Nothing is better than Fallout 3. Nothing probably ever will be. Until Final Fantasy XIII rolls around.

You say that, yet you haven't even played Mass Effect so it's IMPOSSIBLE for you to know!

I used to think Fallout 3 was the best RPG ever but i decided not to be a completely close-minded asshole and play Mass Effect. Upon playing it i discovered it's much better than Fallout 3, and also discovered that it was the best game I'd ever played.

But whatever... it's your loss.

No, actually, its BioWare's loss for not making it for PS3, therefore rendering me unable to play it :D

I don't blame Bioware for this... I blame Microsoft. Microsoft has been snatching up exclusive rights for things since they got into the console business. Remember Left 4 Dead? It was originally going to be a cross platform release (I was working at Gamestop at the time and we had the posters advertising it for 360, PS3, and PC), however during production, Microsoft decided to buy out the game's release rights.

I get that they're doing this because they're good at what they do, and they know how to monopolize the hell out of a market -- but it's upsetting because that means consoles like the PS3 are left without any quality games that didn't have Sony sponsorship from the very beginning of development, or come from a company that is too proud of their work to to sell over exclusive rights to the bulk of their games (companies like Bethesda and Rock Star).

I have a PS3, and not a 360 -- and I am saddened that Mass Effect was a 360 exclusive -- but I blame Microsoft FAR more than I blame BioWare. In honesty, I think it should be the sole decision of the game developers what platforms they offer their product on, and that the platform manufacturers' should simply be appreciative of the fact that they're getting a cut. And I feel this matter needs government involvement, like we had back in the 80s and 90s in regards to Microsoft Monopolizing the market through unfair financial tactics.
